I am currently reading Edgar Allan Poe's "Tales of Imagination and Mystery". When I discovered this picture I have taken last year, its scenery immediately reminded me of Poe's eerie and phantasmagorical literary world to which the quote mentioned above fits perfectly.

Momentan lese ich Edgar Allan Poes "Phantastische Erzählungen". Als ich diese Photographie, die ich letztes Jahr gemacht habe, wieder entdeckt habe, hat mich dessen Szenerie sofort an Poes unheimliche und phantasmagorische literarische Welt erinnert, zu der das obige Zitat perfekt passt.
